So I went all out for the polar bear dip this year. I bought some waders and went out about 20 feet into the water. About five seconds after the mass of people charged towards me I knew every picture from then on would be blurry or have water spots. I was disappointed in the outcome on my end especially for being out in the water I figured I'd get far better pictures than those on land or just with boots on. It's hard when you have to be reactive to a situation compared to setting a picture up but such is photography in the real.
The other pictures below I shot on lunch yesterday in the Skagit Valley. Enjoy.
